This three story /2 unit remodel included redesigning the street fa?ade, adding a south facing trellis covered entry deck which allows the owners to view up the Sonoma Valley, and substantially reworking the interiors.

The deck sits over a raised rock planter which defines the separate lower unit entry. Interior walls were removed to improve traffic flow and to make better use of the existing natural light. Vistas were created so that the lava rock rear yard are visible through the house.
