MTA provided multiple options and renderings that helped the partners of the firm quickly realize that their preferred address would not accommodate the projected growth in the firm. Further, the second space was not an option when initially reviewed because the partners could not visualize how the space could be made to fit their programmatic and aesthetic needs.
By working closely with both partners and the office manager to ensure all issues and concerns were addressed in the design, the firm was able to negotiate the lease and settle into the new office space.
The brief was to provide a new slick image reception area with a large conference room nearby, private offices for nine attorneys, private office for each of the support staff, a library space, ample file storage near reception and a kitchen /break space.
